Professor Holzinger's research interests span dynamics, control theory, and information fusion as related to space applications. In particular, his current research activities include Space Situational Awareness (SSA), spacecraft Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC), Multiple Hypothesis Tracking (MHT), autonomy, and distributed spacecraft formation flight. Holzinger has previously worked in industry on the THEMIS and F6 programs at Aerojet and Northrop Grumman (respectively) and has consulted on a number of programs including Sierra Nevada's Dream Chaser.
